On October 30, 2021, Advantage Charter Academy hosted a Trunk-or-Treat event with the support of the Baker Chamber of Commerce.
Various families and local businesses came out to deck out their trunks or set up booths with Halloween decorations and pass out candy to all the little ones. Many citizens came dressed up in Halloween costumes and a good time was had by everyone who came. Tropical Paradise Delight Food Truck was on the scene to provide snacks and drinks for everyone.
Several organizations and businesses showed up such as the Louisiana Twirl Force, the Plug Depot, the Cristo Rey Baton Rouge Franciscan High School, the Baker Chamber of Commerce and Allstate.
“I’m just thankful that we are able to have this event for the children especially considering what a difficult year this has been. Families deserve to be able to go out and have fun and enjoy themselves,” said Matthew Robinson, Admissions Representative of Advantage Charter Academy.
